This fall, Resto can compose a Large Format Feast for you and your friends. The Large Format concept began with the success of our Cote du Beouf and Whole Roasted Poularde chalkboard items. Customers not only enjoy the preparation of these dishes but venture a dining experience they never forget. This style of eating dates back to a time when no one dared to waste any aspect of a meal and group dining was necessary.
Our new Large Format Feasts will provide you with the choice of a protein to be the centerpiece of a seasonal menu designed especially for you by Chefs Bobby Hellen and Dan Ross. In other words; you choose from our list of animals and we will prepare a meal for you as you see fit. All of the animals we use come from the country's best farms and purveyors such as Four Story Hills, Debragga & Spitler and Vermont Quality Meats.
This season's offerings will include:
baby lamb
guinea hen
suckling pig
whole striped bass
poularde en demi-deuil
pork shoulder
rack of lamb
whole rack of rib eye
Please give us a call to further inquire about a dining experience which will be memorable, and may clear any guilty sentiments of overconsumption.
You bring together the people, we supply the food. Give us one week and we will reserve the animal of your choice. We will need a deposit to secure the reservation which will then be applied to your final bill. We are able to accommodate parties as large as 18 people but after that, you are required to take over the restaurant. Of course, you'll have to order more pigs.
