Caspian Cafe Reviews
Updated a week later. Never got a return call as promised. Don’t come here!! They don’t go here. Food wasn’t good. Extremely over priced, compared to a everywhere else I’ve ate at in my life. For half the cost. With way better taste and quality food. Go to Sultan Grill in Arvada,CO. You’ll see.
Overall: inside the area was very dark couldn’t see anything really, as it was very sunny and bright outside. (Extremely dark inside). They literally had to turn on some lights for us. Staff was extremely friendly, personable, attending to our needs. Have no complaints there. My wife and I had plans to go shopping afterwards. Which, we were not able to. Since we got very sick. Their service was fantastic. . . Not the greatest mediterranean food. It’s not authentic at all. Period. It has a twist splash style, more American than anything. I’ve been to tons of more authentic places then this out in Denver for years. There’s two dozen, I can list off the top of my head. It’s just not as classy inside as the others. But if your looking for odd style food, great service and very dark romantic atmosphere, with old uncomfortable seating. Come here… Our experience afterwards: However, unfortunately we both got sick. I called them to briefly, express we weren’t feeling well. She stated there not sure what they could do. Promised me, that the manager would be calling me back. That never happened. Spent a lot over priced, for not good food at all. Might look pretty but tastes strange… it’ll hurt your stomach. I won’t be returning, sadly to say!!
I hope this review brings others aware!! Very disappointed!! Don’t come here!! Total waste of money for overpriced food. Wasn’t very good.
Really great experience. After a long day of traveling this was refreshing. Good food. Great service. Pleasant atmosphere. We all enjoyed our meals. Gyro platter, moussaka, and my teen loved his Moroccan Chicken – hard to believe this is the same kid who would only eat grilled cheese and butter noodles!
Absolutely AMAZING!!! Great service, ambience and food!!! Went for hubby’s birthday and the dessert was a perfect ending to a perfect meal.
Dessert was Limoncello Mascarpone Cake
We had the Moussaka and Falafel, and both were so delicious. The server was amazing and so attentive to our needs.
Always enjoy the food and atmosphere here, seems we don’t get down here frequently enough. We sort of stopped by on short notice, and we should have called ahead to see if we could get a reservation, but they managed to get us in after a short wait even without a reservation. We stopped by on a night where they had a belly dancer which is always a fun add on to the dinner experience. We plan on trying to come more often as the food is always excellent.
The restaurant doesn’t seem like much from the outside , but once you step inside it’s this beautiful quaint atmosphere that’s perfect for great conversations, paired with mouthwatering dishes .
It was so hard to decide between all the dishes they had , ultimately I went with the grilled salmon . It doesn’t seem like a lot of food , but it was . My husband had the massuka , get this !!!! As soon as I had a taste , it was in food heaven . Layers of zucchini and meat , with a kick of spices created to perfection . The staff was amazing , patient with us when we couldn’t decide what to order . Made great recommendations . This is a must !! In regards to price you are looking about $ 24 average a plate , but the food is worth it .
This is a truly hidden Gem! The food is fantastic and fresh. On the weekends you get a great deal on prime rib and even a great show. Mo is working hard to make this place shine and the two times we have been in the place has been consistent and quiet. It is in an irregular spot but it’s definitely not out of the way. The rest of the staff is great and just welcoming. It’s a good go to for us on date night!
Wow. Just wow. We tried many appetizers, different main course meals. Homemade, fresh ingredients, delicious. The desserts were so good, we had to come back the next day to get more. You really can’t go wrong with this place if you enjoy Greek and Middle Eastern food. Don’t count on fast service, they are trying very hard, just relax and enjoy a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.
We came to Colorado Springs for a wedding and found this restaurant near Garden of the Gods Road.
The classic atmosphere and outstanding service was eclipsed by the quality and flavor of the dishes. Everything was made in house(no institutional sauces here) in which as an Italian I enjoyed the best marina in many years. Everyone in our party was equally impressed. A hidden gem with generous portions.
Why I have I not been eating before this visit? Great wait staff! Great appetizers. Good beer selection. And the Moroccan chicken is best ever! Putting this place in my regular lunch rotation.
