Charleston’s Restaurant Reviews
The food was very good, big portion, tasty flavor. And the service was super nice, we enjoyed Hailey’s good friendly smiley service, she was so nice to bring us another mashed potatoes dish after we told her we found a little hair in it. Then she was super nice to take the dish off our bill after we told her we found another small hair in the dish. Thank you Hailey!
The mushroom was great! I love the cute little mushroom with burgundy flavor in it, just one bite you know you would like it more and more!
The veggies were also great, perfectly cooked, juicy and easy to bite, fresh and tasty.
We would like to come back for the great service, good environment.

First time trying and most definitely will not be our last! The service here was so amazing ! Our food was out in a timely manner and delicious!!!! The customer service alone deserves 5 stars! I HAD to stop the manager and praise this restaurant because the teamwork left me and my husband amazed! Not ONCE did we have to ask for anything! If our waiter wasn’t available and another server walked by they would take care of our needs or refill our drinks ! Just amazed!!!!! I wish I could give more then 5 stars.. thank you for the amazing experience ⭐️✨
The chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy with glazed carrots is fantastic! Doug and I both had this for lunch and took home left overs for supper. We love Charleston’s and they never disappoint no matter what state we live in! I want to try other dishes but can’t seem to stray away from this meal . You honestly cannot go wrong with this restaurant! Christian was our waiter. He was always checking on us, very kind and did a great job! Great experience!
My first time eating here was in May 2021 to celebrate a combo graduation, Mother’s Day and Birthday with a party of 10. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Everything was amazing and they not only have fancy food but country style food (like a huge helping of mashed potatoes with chicken chicken). I loved the shrimp with their amazing hot sauce the best! There is something for everyone and the portions are generous. Customer service is excellent and we didn’t have to wait long at all to get served. The ambiance! Low lighting and secluded tables. I had the red velvet cake for dessert and it was to die for! It was the first time I ever had red velvet cake and I’m so hooked on it that I’ve been buying it every week since May. I’m so happy I chose this place and I highly recommend it if you need to take a group of people to a restaurant and don’t know where to go. They do not disappoint!
Hubby and I came here for a late lunch today. The building doesn’t look like much from the outside. We’ve driven by Charleston’s many times, but never thought anything of it, but the reviews were very positive so we thought we’d give it a try. They are wheelchair friendly. I made reservations and showed up early, but didn’t have to wait. Food is so good. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it. Our waitress (Hilary) was great. The reviews raved about the dynamite shrimp starter. We ordered it after being informed there was no pineapple in the sauce. They taste like honey walnut prawns with a slight kick to it. So yummy! Hubby loved the slaw underneath the shrimp so he ate all that too. He ordered the fish special, Swordfish, and loved it. I ordered the ribs because the reviews raved about it. Without the BBQ sauce the ribs were good, but with the BBQ sauce (no pineapple in it) they were great. The sweet carrots were delicious. The key lime pie for dessert lived up to the rave reviews. I ordered the enchilada stack to go, but had to try a bite so I could review it. Absolutely lived up to the rave reviews. Hilary was attentive without hovering and brought water refills and my root beer refill fast without us having to ask and before the previous glass was empty. We will be going back so I can try the French dip and the pork chops and whatever else sounds good.
Great customer service, they are all very nice. Food was all prefectly cook.
Blackberry Mule was delicious and prefectly sweet.
Catfish platter – crispy and not over cooked.
10oz Filet Mignon – medium well was prefect, soft and juicy.
Baby back ribs – meat fell off the bone, more of a sweet bbq than I normally go for.
Fish of the day : Halibut – prefectly seasoned and blackened is the best.
To Go : Key lime pie & German chocolate cake – sweetly delicious.
Great bar for solo (or group) dining!
Very friendly staff, with great cocktails, wine, and food!
We had the dynamite shrimp and salmon caesar and both were great!
Highly recommend if you’re in the area
Ordered food from Charleston’s for the first time definitely darker so kind of bringing the kids there definitely has a separate mood. But aside from that good food I didn’t like the texture of their roast beef but it tasted great. Big shout out to the waiter I forgot his name he had dreads though it was a cool guy
Great spot for high quality meals. The atmosphere is spot on and the staff is very polite. We like to have dinner with my grandparents here, they enjoy the classy atmosphere. Also, the mixed drinks are well curated.
Amazing service. The food was delicious. Loved the decor. A little on the dim side for lighting. Great experience.
