Corona Airport Café Reviews
Amazing breakfast made with fresh and quality ingredients. Great service. Our server Daniela was courteous and attentive. Large parking lot. A pleasant breakfast spot that I would revisit.
The Corona Airport Cafe seemed like a good idea at the time, but it underwhelmed on a number of dimensions:
– Service was slow. There was a sign noting they were understaffed, but the place wasn’t busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff around for the amount of patrons.
– The food wasn’t that good. It was perfectly passable, but easily could have been better. Our table had a variety of dishes ranging from omelets to salads to pancakes, and they were all “fine”. The salad could have used more vegetables, and the dressing more flavor. The omelet was bland.
– While there’s a lot of outdoor seating, it has a great view of the adjacent parking lot. You can’t see the airport operations. Total missed opportunity to watch the planes landing or taking off.
On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, and the place is very dog friendly. While we were there there were multiple dogs to watch, and they even serve a “doggy meal” of chicken and rice for furry friends to enjoy.
This is one of the best airport cafes I have eaten at. The Loma Saltado here is particularly delicious as are their burgers. I would definitely eat here again when I am near the area.
Have had a really great time here Everytime I’ve come. Whether it’s with coworkers after work for a refreshing michelada or to eat breakfast with gf, this place delivers. It is hard to recommend any one item here, but if you order the banana pancakes, just know they aren’t thin and even with my appetite I couldn’t finish them. Delicious. Tamara was our server and she was beyond excellent. Very attentive and had personality. Highly recommend this place is kind of hidden if you don’t know about it, right across the street from Butterfield park.
Not even worth the one star. This place is so unprofessional and doesn’t care about customers safety. My bf ordered a breakfast burrito and half way through his burrito is choking and struggling to get it down because of the amount of chunks of hard eggs shells hidden in the burrito. I immediately called the restaurant for the manager to basically say theirs nothing she can do and I can come in for a free burrito like I’d take the chance again. She also said it’s basically not possible because they “strain” their eggs obviously not today probably a rush and the cooks aren’t following procedures as usual. Below is the egg shells you tell me if that looks strained out to you thats not even what he was forced to get down.
Great service. Italian nights was great, food was good.
Local and quaint eatery with an amazing breakfast and lunch menu, every once in a while, there is an Italian Nights menu that is an absolute delight!!
Really cool place to have breakfast / lunch and see some airplanes with good service. Great food with nice lunch specials.

Nice neighborhood cafe. The people are friendly and the food is good. The simple dishes like pancakes, omelettes, and burritos are fine, but more specialty dishes can get challenging. Some will have to much spice, or not enough, or some may not hit what its going for.
Ordered the steak sandwich, menu stated pepperjack cheese, came with provolone or Swiss instead? Wasn’t told they didn’t have pepperjack… also the steak itself (besides being a cheap cut, very tough and hard to bite through) was completely unseasoned, and I’m not exaggerating, I literally flipped it open and tried the steak by itself and it tasted like it was defrosted and fried with half a gallon of canola oil and not a single spec of salt or pepper. My fiance ordered the breakfast quesadilla and the eggs were overcooked, the cheese tasted microwaved, the bell peppers/onions were undercooked, and the tortilla holding it together was bland.
My mother in law ordered the patty melt with chips, the chips were unsalted. Our fries were unsalted…
The only good thing we had was the mimosa flight. The regular mimosa was a bit lame, but the flavored ones were excellent.
Long story short, if you come here to catch a buzz on flavored mimosas, you’re in for a treat, but if you want to eat, be prepared to pay a premium for less than McDonald’s quality.
