La Fresa Francesa Reviews

First of all our host Elvis was amazing, he greeted us and kept us well entertained while we waited on our food; he is the best. What I like the most about this place is the decor, is charming, very French like. Especial touches were place in every corner giving it a uniqueness. The place looks small from the outside but it has a pretty decent dinning area (don’t be fooled) we sat outside we didn’t have reservations but we didn’t mind as the weather was perfect (let’s face it we all need some sun).

Now on to the food, it was delicious and very savory. We did the brunch menu. I also had 2 guava Bellinis which are far better than mimosas if you ask me. This is definitely a place where I will return when visiting Florida. Can’t wait to try their dinner menu.

We were welcomed with the warmest greeting and sat immediately, even without a reservation. Elvis was swift to insure we were taken care of and made us feel just like family. Apart from having the most unique setting, the food was amazing! Our waiter, Alejandro, gave us the most descriptive explanation of our menu. From the appetizers to the desserts, their food selection is thought out and delicious. Will most definitely come again!

This place is an absolute gem. Delicious food, great service, cute decór. Took my mom here for Mother’s Day and we all loved it. The owner and staff were all so attractive and kind.

Everything we ordered was outstanding. Come to Hialeah

What an awesome find. Wonderful ambiance. Wonderful service. Delicious food. Definitely try the bacon wrapped dates when you come! One of the best meals in a restaurant I have had in a long time.

Beautiful atmosphere. It feels like you’re in Paris. My French onion soup was delicious. Everything I’ve ever had here is delicious
Our host Elvis was a delight, friendly and helpful.

The host Elvis is amazing, so kind and helpful and absolutely fabulous, the food is to die for, their brunch menu in particular is 1000/10. This place is incredible for a date night or even just a brunch with friends. Don’t miss out on the best place to eat in Hialeah!

Outstanding. THE most underrated restaurant in Miami or whatever this neighborhood is. I’m visiting from LA and have been to the trendy areas/ some places good, most mediocre at best.
The quality of the food here is great. Nothing is overdone or masked with sauces to hide quality. Enjoyed, amongst other things, the Lamb chops. WOW! I get it. They invest in quality. Brava!

We definitely enjoyed our dinner here!! Food was very delicious! Friendly staff and great service!! French vibes made me feel like I were in France! I’ll recommend onion soup, pizza with cheese and bacon, grilled salmon and duck leg!! Everything was great!

My regular weekend brunch spot since 2018!! Why? Let’s start off with, they treat me like family. Elvis the host is the best! He knows what customer service is. This little gem makes you feel like you are in France . The Decor and food = authenticity. The owners come by our table to check in with us, they know their regulars. The chef (owner) a native French. Diren, my favorite waiter. Felt like we went through the worst of COVID with them. The food, savory. There has not been a meal I have tried that I have not simply LOVED! I recommend their baked vacherin. I ask for it every time. Their French onion soup, their slow braised short ribs and their crepes= amazingly delicious. I could go on and on about this restaurant. But you have to try it for yourself to really appreciate this recommendation and you are surely to return again and again.

My friends recommended this unique place for years and finally we went today for a Sunday brunch. Such a cute and rare place in the middle of Hialeah! Food was really good, great attention, music, ambience, fair prices, delicious coffee. We got the crepe with pork, croquette Madame, bacon dates, and dulce de leche crepe with condensed milk. Everything was fantastic. The host and servers were very friendly, attentive and fun, they do not rush you at all. I hope the area around the place can have a better waste service, because this place is one of those special gem of Miami and they deserve it. Parking free on the street.
