It’s our first time back since the pandemic. The place was spruced up and the service was superb. The short ribs steak was cooked to perfection. It came with 3 oil based dipping sauces though. It would have been better if there was some acidity to balance the steak’s richness. The Pacific sole was moist and delicious. The crispy herbed chicken with rosemary potatoes came with a tangy herb and lemon sauce that made the meal. We all loved the well seasoned grilled octopus.

Love this place. It’s fine dining. There’s usually a wait in the evenings on the weekends. We had the short ribs and they were amazing. You could really taste the smoky wood fire grill in the meat. Cooked to precise. Short ribs are usually cooked medium to well done for best taste and they did just that. The cut of the meat is very flavorful. The calamari was very delicious, they gave big portions and it wasn’t just all batter like some places. For the Parking situation, there is some street parking on green street.
Service was fantastic. Very kind and friendly. And fast. Over all a great experience.

Wow! What great food. My wife and I came here for a datenight and are glad we did. ALL of our food was just amazing. It’s 3 blocks from our home. Man we’ve been sleeping on Malbec.

This was our first time here. It was a cute little place it wasn’t crowded. The service was ok. The food was ok. I liked the Argentina beer. I had Arroz Con Mariscos Patagonian Style Seafood Paella and the TABLA DE CHORIZOS appetizers. My husband had the ENTRANA AL CHIMICHURRI he added shrimp he also had the Pulpo as an appetizer he liked it. My son had the stuffed crepes he said it was ok.


I loved this place, the food was great and the atmosphere was excellent. I visited during the lunch hour on a Saturday and it wasn’t crowded so it was perfect. The wait times are lower so you’ll be there and start eating within your first 30 minutes depending on what you order, I had the Fried Calamari, which included shrimp and octopus and it was delicious I would order 2 plates of this with some rice and call it a day but there’s plenty more.

I tried out their beef empanadas the order comes in 2 so your options are ham & cheese, spinach and I think chicken, these are very hot so beware when bitting them, they’re nice and crispy very flaky and the filling wasn’t too salty, I’ve had some empanadas were the meat would be a bit salty. As far as drinks are concerned Beer and wine are the only options available and water obviously.

The menu is plentiful with options from vegan to steaks, salads, seafood. I’ve been to many Argentinean restaurants and what never fails and my go to is the Entraña. Beef skirt steak cooked your way and sooooo delicious, it’s the number one item at every restaurant and what they’re known for. They serve it with 3 different sauces which is new to me because all I’ve ever known is the chimichurri sauce, but here they give you a spicy one which is in the middle and a buttery garlic one that looks like cheese. They all taste great and give the steak a nice extra flavor, as for the steak itself, like I said before never fails always delicious.

The service here was great again it was during lunch with a less crowded scene but overall it was great always coming around to refill water when needed. Ohh do not forget make sure you order bread they won’t give you any unless you ask for it and yes they give you chimichurri to go with it which is their version of butter on bread so try it it’s like a vinaigrette similar to Italian dressing. Parking will be an issue on a busy day this place doesn’t have a parking, be careful where you park some places are reserved for other businesses.

Delicious!! Sangria + Argentinean meat= amazing!!

My husband remembers walking by this place and we finally tried it for dinner!

We got the Tabla Mixta for Ribeye and Short rib with grilled veggies on the side and grilled corn flavored in paprika butter (it was UH-mazing!!)

The free bread and chimichurri was so yummy!! The bread was a perfect size (doesn’t fill you) and was warm and crispy. Chimichurri was very flavorful and complimentary!

Edwin was our waiter and was very nice and helpful in suggesting (after I asked) what to order. He was professional and respectful.

We also got a glass of white sangria and red sangria. Both were good (red was slightly more flavorful!!

The restroom was clean. The whole restaurant and restroom all have slightly dim lighting.

There is outdoor seating as well.

The grilled corn was my absolute favorite!!! The caramelized bottom will make your tastebuds dance with delight!!!!

I enjoyed this delightful find on Mother’s Day 2022. I never knew this Argentinean restaurant was here and was pleasantly surprised with the ambiance, service and our culinary selections.

I started with a red Sangria. Quenched my thirst and enjoyed the fruity sips. The fresh bread basket was accompanied by Chimichurri Norteno sauce.

Our appetizer was the Pulpo. Grilled octopus with a aji Amarillo aioli, steamed potatoes, extra virgin olive oil, parsley and sprinkled with smoked paprika.

For our main course we each selected a homemade pasta. The Espaguetis Bolonesa which is made with a flat thin long pasta in a beef Bolognese sauce mixed with wild mushrooms.

The menu includes: Soups and Appetizers, Salads, Homemade Pastas, a selection of Wood Fired Grill items, their “Mains”, and a list of special sauces. Malbec is a culinary experience with a variety of flavors to entice your tongue.

Service was superb. The main dining room gets crowded early and there is not much privacy or a table to enjoy an intimate conversation, unless you are able to get a place at one of the two booth seats. Otherwise you are eating in the “common area.”

Parking is the main source of frustration, as spaces along Green Street fill up quickly and cars stay a long time. We ended up parking in the public parking structure by Green Street and walked over. That is always an option.

Four Stars for poor parking, dining room reminiscent of a group cafeteria, outdoor sidewalk seating with no heaters or a way to break from the wind.


Came here to have dinner and celebrate my cousin who just got married. The place is nice, has a romantic vibe. I never had Argentinean cuisine so didn’t know what would be good. After looking at the menu i went with the Napolitana de lomo. It was very good. Big portions of food which I didn’t expect. The meat had a great taste. Before our main dish came out, they served us bread with olive oil. The olive oil with the herbs was delish. I liked that they have a big selection of wines. I had a glass of their house cabernet sauvignon which paired well with my dinner. Servers were attentive to us even though we had a big party. They came over to our tables many times to asked if we needed anything. Overall, good food, good service, good wine and great atmosphere. Definitely will come back to try the other stuff on their menu.

When in Malbec, drink Malbec.

First time at this restaurant and can’t wait to go back already.
The place has a nice vibe and it’s open space with nice earth tone colors brings calm to your dining experience. There is outdoor seating with heaters as well.
We has grilled Octopus with baby potato that was tasty and done right.
Then the main courses included rib eye steak cooked medium that melted in your mouth with grilled esparagus and polenta and garlic fries. There was a prosciutto with avocados and arugula. Dinner was very tasty and well done.
The restaurant serves wine and beer only but there are plenty of good wines to choose from such as the pictured Malbec.
To finish off a good meal with a good dessert was Americano with creme brule and gelato.
Service was great and attentive. Our waiter answered all our questions and made the dining experience a plus.
