Pioneer Restaurant Reviews
This is a great diner off the beaten path. The staff is friendly and the food is great! I’ve had breakfast and also lunch there. It’s all so fresh and has a real homemade taste. Not an expensive place either!
This location closes early, so you won’t get to eat dinner here. They closed at 2:30 pm when we were there. The waitress dropped 1 of my onion rings and told the kitchen to make me another one, because it was her fault. They made me 2 more instead. She didn’t have to even tell me what happened, but she did. Food is tasty and worth the trip. The ceiling looks like it is rusted and needs some serious TLC.
Such good food and the server we had was awesome. Reasonably priced too. I got the blt and added eggs on it and it was perfect! Great after a night out.
Everything was on point! The dumplings were rich and flavorful. The entire meal had that soul food feeling to it; made with consideration and taste in mind.
Really don’t know how they can make simple breakfast tastes so great !!!!
Really recommend this breakfast place.

I’m not surprised why it’s so packed and people come in and out all the time.
Service is great as well.

Our server Molly was like something out of a movie. So sweet and attentive, the best smile and cutest accent. She really made the place feel like home. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I loved my experience there.
I went to the Pioneer Restaurant with my mom for breakfast a couple weeks back and got their 3 eggs combo with grits. Everything tasted amazing and the girts were perfect consistency. Like the sign says Family dining and just plain good food!
Pioneer Restaurant is a great place for breakfast standards. Their breakfast dishes, including their omelettes, and biscuits and gravy are delicious, and the portions are so large you will have leftovers. I strongly recommend this place.
The best diner in Arlington/GP area! Everything is home made with great quality ingredients, the staff are friendly, and i always feel home when I’m there! 10/10 would recommend
