Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse Reviews
Attended a friend’s birthday party here on a Friday evening. A party of 10. The food was all delicious. We all had steaks and they were all cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful with the exception of one. As one of the guests in the party proceeded to explain that her steak was overcooked, the waiter grabbed her plate, without a word. Interrupting her in the process. We all thought that to be extremely rude. Service was prompt to the point that we felt a little rushed. Our waiter was very hurried, which I can understand when you’re trying to attend to a large table but he also needs to remember that people come there to relax and unwind and not feel like they are just a number to be served as quickly as possible in order to get in and out. If you have a large party, all members of the party are required to spend a minimum of $80.00 per person, which I thought was peculiar but whatever. The one thing that we did not care for at all and would keep us from coming back here as a large party is the fact that they will not split up a check. This is a minor convenience for the restaurant but it is a huge inconvenience for the customer. We all had to bring cash and then spend 30 minutes at the end of the meal trying to figure out how much each person owed which is not what you want to be doing when trying to relax and enjoy your evening.
My experience was through a dinner party. Everything I had was cooked and prepared to exceptional perfection! The staff was exemplary! I have to honestly say, I have never had a crab cake cooked and garnished to such perfection. All my food was at the correct temperature and tenderness. Excellent experience! Wonderful venue!
Tonight was our first dining experience here and it was phenomenal! All of our dishes were 5 star, and the filet was truly the best I’ve ever had. The crab cake appetizer is also a MUST! My husband was blown away at the food and the service (which is HUGE because he frequents high-end restaurants), and we both can’t wait to come back. Our server Brent went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and special. It was also great to see the staff smiling and not hidden behind masks. We had an amazing experience!
The food was incredible. Starters such as oysters/ crab cakes or lobster bisque is a must! The steak couldn’t have been anything less then mouth watering. The crabcakes were crab-succulent!!!! I believe this place strongly encourages reservation. If your running short on time…no worries, Valet for $11 bucks added to your dinner tab.
Great experience! Great ambiance! Great steak! Great service! I’d definitely come back again! Keep in mind valet is the only real parking option and make a reservation so you don’t have to wait. Also, the creme brulee is amazing!
You can’t go wrong with this steakhouse. Every time I go the service is impeccable. Food taste amazing and my steak is always perfectly cooked. The caviar is *chefs kiss*
Lighting/ vibe is great for a romantic date.
A excellent high end steak house service.
– Valet parking services available.
– Very nice atmosphere.
– The crab cake was delicious and the filet mignon melts in your month.
– Fantastic service and friendly staff.
– I consider the restaurant to be on the expensive side (especially if you go with the high end cuts) but it was totally worth it.
I had a lovely time in the restaurant and I strongly recommend it.
The atmosphere is nice, good service but the food is just ok. I’m a huge foodie and it was nothing special. especially considering the high cost of this dinner. 5 of us, $480. 3 dinner plates and three shared appetizers. I would not say I got my money’s worth.
Wow. I must say this is the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to. I travel a lot and have tried many nice restaurants around the world. And many steakhouses just in the US. The food in fact is comparable to most of the Best steakhouses in the country, but their crab cake is by far the best I’ve had.
Along with the incredibly attentive service, this is hands down a meal very worthwhile. Prices may look steep on the menu but they are big portions. In fact, with the quality of the service, the decor, I think it was a great deal.
(Except for the Maitre D who greeted us to bring us to our table, she was robotic and lacking a genuine smile on her face. She looked angry and her smile was robotic. Altho she was courteous. I would imagine for an amazing restaurant like this, the greeter at the door as first impression would be important. Anyhow, the rest of the staff was amazing so I wasn’t going to let the Maitre D reduce the review for this restaurant. Just worth noticing for the restaurant if you read this review).
Wow. Stupendous service, and a lovely meal! I sat at the bar on the side for the casually dressed, and I was impressed by not only the food, but the service as well. I tipped in cash, because when I asked, I learned that they get the credit card tips in their check, rather than at the end of the night. The steak was perfectly prepared, and the steak tartare was on point! The oysters were delicious. Unfortunately, the breaded shrimp in the surf and turf was over salted, which they offered to take off the bill (though I declined and just asked that the chef was made aware so that it doesn’t happen to somebody else). All in all, the meal was great. The bar staff was lovely and very attentive. I will surely spend money here again in the future!
